This retro style air cleaner assembly from GASO's premium range is made to suit carburettors and throttle bodies with a 5-1/8" neck. Finished in black powder coat, the batwing design features an all steel housing for durability and a period correct appearance. The base plate is raised by 5/8 inch rather than flat or recessed.
The housing is notched at the rear to provide clearance for GM HEI distributors and accepts a common 14 inch x 4 inch replacement air filter element which is included. This assembly is full size, not the scaled down version, and is suitable for street and performance applications where airflow is important.
