- Complete Cleveland cooling outlet kit - Pairs the GASO chrome straight-up thermostat housing with the Dayco DT66A thermostat the Ford Cleveland controlled bypass system requires.
- Correct Cleveland thermostat included - DT66A high flow thermostat with the extended bypass foot, opening at 82°C (180°F).
- O-ring sealed chrome housing - Chrome plated steel housing with internal O-ring, no paper gasket required, supplied with O-ring and mounting bolts.
This kit combines the two parts needed to replace a worn, corroded or leaking thermostat housing on a compatible Ford 302 or 351 Cleveland V8 in one order. The GASO chrome straight-up housing connects the intake manifold to the upper radiator hose with a polished finish under the bonnet, sealing with an internal O-ring instead of a paper gasket. The Dayco DT66A is the Cleveland-specific thermostat with the extended bypass foot that seats against the factory restrictor plate, closing off the internal bypass as the engine reaches operating temperature so coolant is directed through the radiator.
Kit includes
- 1 x GASO chrome thermostat housing GPP-3879 with O-ring and mounting bolts
- 1 x Dayco DT66A high flow thermostat, 82°C (180°F)

Important

- The factory restrictor plate must be present for the thermostat bypass foot to seal against.
- Please confirm your existing housing angle, engine and cooling system configuration before ordering, particularly on modified engines or vehicles with aftermarket cooling components.
