This 45-degree polished chrome aluminium swivel thermostat housing (water neck) suits both Small Block and Big Block Chevrolet V8 engines. Designed for custom builds, street rods, and performance applications, the swivel feature allows flexible radiator hose positioning in tight engine compartments. Made from premium cast aluminium, precision-machined for a correct fit, then polished to a high chrome lustre. The O-ring style seal removes the need for paper gaskets, and stainless steel Allen head mounting bolts are included.

Supplied with the Tridon TT2000-180 high flow thermostat, which opens at 82°C (180°F) and has an enlarged valve opening for up to 30% greater coolant flow than conventional Tridon TT1 series thermostats. Its integrated jiggle pin assists air bleeding when filling the system. Tridon list this thermostat as suiting Small Block Chevy 283, 307, 327, 350, 400 and Big Block Chevy 396, 427, 454.
